• Change of Address Notification by Mail (DMV 22)

  Try our Online Duplicate Registration. There is a $5 fee for each certificate requested.   Needed to renew or change a license or registration. Must be signed by the owner.

  Certifies that a specific vehicle has not been operated on Nevada public highways.

  This form is used if there is no Manufacturers Certificate/Statement of Origin or outstanding Certificate of Title.

  Releases a private party's ownership interest in a vehicle.

  This form is for use only if the vehicle was last titled in Nevada.   For a deceased person's heirs, estate or creditors to claim ownership of a vehicle.
