The Nevada DMV processes about 285,000 standard titles per year. Appointments can book out weeks, if not months, which makes it harder for residents to title their vehicle in a reasonable amount of time.
With Turbo Titles, we are offering residents the ability to apply for a New or Duplicate Title online. Please note that you will have to visit a DMV office to pay and show your required title documentation (must be original documents). See Title Requirements for more information on which documents you may be required to submit, and the fees associated with your title, once approved.
Once payment is completed, the title will be mailed to the address provided. If a lienholder is on the title, the lienholder will receive either a paper or electronic title based on the information supplied to the DMV.

Who is Eligible?
You are eligible for online titling if you meet the following criteria:
- Vehicle Purchased or Leased from an Out-of-State Dealer
- Vehicle Purchased from a Private Party, Family member, or Gifted
- New Residents to Nevada with Existing Vehicle
- Customers in Need of a Duplicate Nevada Title
- You do not have a lien sales certificate
You should only start the online application process if you meet any of the requirements listed above and can complete the transaction at the two pilot offices (East Sahara or Elko). Soon, this service will be available at other DMV offices.
