Complete your Quick Card application from the comfort of your home.
Visit DMV Office
Once your application is conditionally approved, make an appointment to come into your selected DMV to finalize your application. You will be required to present all original documents, make payment, and take a photo.
Complete
You will receive your credential in the mail within 7-14 business days. An Interim documents are given for all credentials in office to utilize until your physical card arrives.
Heads up: You should only start the online application process if you meet the requirements and are able to pay and take your photo in office. See what documents are required before you begin.
Who is Eligible?
All customers are eligible to use this service except:
- Those who are under the age of 18
- Those who are a seasonal resident
- Those who have a commercial driver's license (CDL) or applying for a CDL/instruction permit
- Those who require an alternate address/confidential address program exemption
- Those who are seeking a renewal, duplicate or address change on an existing Nevada credential
