ANOTHER DMV NOW KIOSK OPENS IN RENO |
Customers can complete DMV services quickly at Smith’s Grocery Store |

RENO – The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) installed a new kiosk to the Reno area on May 20, 2026. Customers can now visit Smith’s Grocery Store at 175 Lemmon Drive to complete DMV services. Please note that this kiosk is cashless and will only accept debit or credit cards. “Our kiosks continue to be one of the fastest and easiest ways for customers to complete common DMV transactions,” said DMV Director Tonya Laney. “I think it’s important that customers know the full potential of what the kiosks are capable of, especially because they provide such quick and efficient service.” With the DMV Now Kiosks, customers can:
Customers who visit a kiosk are charged an additional processing fee of $4 for registration renewals and duplicates and $1.25 for all other transactions. All services offered on the kiosks are available online as well. “We encourage customers to explore all of the self-service options available before visiting an office in person,” Laney said.
