  • Is not available online
  • Has not been covered under the Governors 90 day extension
  • Is not currently listed as an available service for an in-person visit to DMV
  • If you believe you have a situation for review that will assist you in gaining or maintaining employment or provide necessary transportation for the care of yourself or family
